3. Usage data

General data is stored in a log file every time our website is accessed and every time a file is retrieved. This is exclusively for system-related and statistical purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 point b) GDPR) or in exceptional cases to report criminal offences (Art. 6 para. 1 point e) GDPR).

The data will not be transferred to third parties or evaluated in any other way, unless there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6 para. 1 point e) GDPR in conjunction with. Sec. 4 State Data Protection Act (LDSG)).

• Notification of whether retrieval was successful

We only process personal data if we are legally permitted to do so or you have granted consent.

When you make contact with us by email, we will store and use your email address in the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 point b) GDPR in order to assign, process and respond to your enquiry.

We do not implement the various social plug-ins directly. We merely place a link to the various social networks. The social plug-ins are only enabled if you follow the respective links.
